• Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that focus on enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare providers, caregivers, and families to ensure holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions to maintain care continuity for patients in transition.
• Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately in accordance with established guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing education and collaborative professional development to keep abreast of innovations in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Licensing and Certifications

• Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
