ReceptionistA well-established professional law office is seeking a dependable and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office through a combination of customer service and administrative responsibilities.Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a professional manner.Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, file management, and document preparation.Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Support office administration, supply management, and general operational needs.Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.Provide occasional support with local errands or deliveries as needed.This is a direct-hire, full-time position, hiring immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with a 45-minute meal break). Pay is commensurate with experience.
