The F‑35 Scheduler plays a crucial role in advancing our mission by efficiently scheduling training resources and facilitating student throughput to meet the highest standards of effectiveness and readiness. The Work As an F‑35 Scheduler, you will coordinate training activities, working closely with various stakeholders to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. You may be assigned to the Academic Training Center (ATC) or a Flying Squadron Contract (FSC). You will build and execute pilot training schedules for programmed student training, process and track documentation, schedule, and generate routine reports. You may also perform Flying Squadron Scheduler duties, interfacing with ATC Schedulers, squadron leadership, and staff agencies to schedule airspace, tanker, and other support assets for the daily flying schedule. Position Assignment F‑35 Academic Training Center Scheduler at Luke AFB. The ATC Scheduler will build and manage weekly schedules and develop scheduling flows or shells up to 90 days in advance of class start dates. Proficiency is required in the F‑35 Training Management System and other local computerized scheduling programs. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F‑35 training objectives. You must be willing to travel, including to CONUS/OCONUS F‑35 training locations for short periods of time to meet operational needs, and work multiple shifts. For the Flying Squadron assignment, a flexible schedule is required to meet squadron flying window requirements. Basic Qualifications Ability to maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance Prior scheduling experience with a military flying unit and familiarity with syllabus‑based training Experience interacting with multiple functional areas and personnel of varied backgrounds Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication, strong organizational ability, and a high desire to provide customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to excel in dynamic, fast‑paced environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Desired Skills Prior F‑35 TMS and/or GTIMS experience at Luke AFB Working knowledge of flying training syllabus Scheduling experience in a formal fighter training unit Previous military service Previous customer service experience associated with pilot, maintenance, or curriculum management Operational experience with Central Scheduling Enterprise (CSE), Central Scheduling Enterprise Air Force (CSEAF), Air Refueling Scheduling Tool (ARST), Data Collection and Scheduling Tool (DCAST) Security Clearance Statement This position requires a Secret Level government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
