Automotive Sales Consultant

We’re growing our team and looking for motivated Sales Consultants who want to control their income, learn a proven process, and be part of a supportive dealership culture. What You’ll Be Doing: * Engaging with customers in-person, online, and by phone to understand their vehicle needs * Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles * Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery * Building long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service * Working closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth buying experience * Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication and people skills * A self-starter mindset with a desire to win and grow * Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people * Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer: * True work-life balance with 2 guaranteed days off each week * Competitive pay structure designed to help you ramp quickly and earn consistently * $2,000 base salary + commission for your first 60 days to jumpstart your career * After ramp-up: ongoing base salary + commission + performance bonuses * Paid training and ongoing professional development * Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable to store package) * Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts * Clear path for advancement within Capital Automotive Group * A strong, supportive team environment where performance is recognized and rewarded Why Capital?
