Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' unique histories, forming the basis for effective treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address patients' specific needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on trauma processing and developing coping strategies with clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their safety and immediate well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who have experienced trauma and are seeking a safe and therapeutic environment to heal. Many of our patients deal with PTSD, complex trauma, and other trauma-related disorders, and your role will be integral in guiding them through recovery, fostering resilience and equipping them with the necessary tools to manage their symptoms effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting, focusing on trauma-related disorders.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies for trauma-focused therapies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach when interacting with clients.

• The ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, additional experience working specifically with trauma survivors and leading both individual and group therapy sessions is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
