Receptionist/Scheduler

We are looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler to manage our front desk, perform a variety of clerical tasks, and schedule homeowner inspections. This is an in-person role. We are open Monday through Friday. 8 AM- 5 PM Duties: Welcome and greet guests who visit the business. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails. Provide basic and accurate information in person, by phone, and by email. Schedule customer jobs accurately and efficiently. Become proficient in DASH Restoration scheduling software. Organize appointments, collect customer information, and manage technician assignments in the software. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve customer issues. Maintain professionalism and proper phone etiquette at all times. Collect customer payments. Perform light housekeeping and other office duties as assigned. Qualifications: Demonstrate a congenial personality, positive attitude, and pleasant phone voice. Use strong multitasking and stress management skills. Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and computer skills. Bring Microsoft Excel and Word experience; experience is a plus.
