We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unit Aide to join our team! About the Role:

As a Unit Aide, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support patients in their daily activities, promoting independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living tasks , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment , adhering to all infection control protocols
• Participating in patient care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
