Executive Assistant

Westaff Hiring Executive Assistant for Property Management Company in Meriden, CT! Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (ability to be flexible & stay later as needed) Pay: Salary is based on experience Responsibilities Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arrange multi-party conference calls and preparing agendas. Coordinate various projects and events, from planning to execution, ensuring all details are handled efficiently. Maintain office organization by managing supplies, equipment, and filing systems. Have consistent interaction with Company employees and department heads Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information Requirements Candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience assisting a senior level executive Proficient typing skills (minimum 70 wpm), and computer skills (Microsoft Office; Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint and Adobe) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Experience in real estate construction, management, development, acquisitions, finance and multi-family housing is a PLUS Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and utmost confidentiality Experience in heavy calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events Benefits Westaff offers Executive Assistance weekly pay, 401k contribution options, medical, vision, and dental benefits, and more!
