Now we're looking for someone to take ownership of our entire marketing strategy and make it even better. Here, you'll see the impact of your decisions every day. What's In It For You? You’ll Own the Entire Marketing Function This isn't a coordinator role where you're checking boxes. You'll be the person responsible for growing our lead generation and brand across every market we're in. Your Ideas Will Actually Get Implemented Want to test a new campaign, build community events, or create local partnerships? You'll have the support, budget, and authority to make it happen. You'll Manage Strategy -- Not Just Ads We already have experienced marketing partners. Your job is making sure every dollar is working, every vendor is performing, and every campaign produces results. You'll Lead Your Own Videographer You'll have a videographer reporting directly to you -- your storyteller on the ground. They'll capture our before-and-after transformations and manage our social media, and you'll direct the message: who we are, what we're doing, and why we're doing it. As your marketing generates more qualified leads and more revenue -- and as we expand into new markets -- you'll share in the success. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll own every part of our marketing engine, including: Driving qualified leads across both service lines -- core services and poly -- through Facebook, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO, YouTube, referral marketing, community events, and new growth channels. Hitting our lead-volume goals for core services and poly, tracked the way our financials do. Managing our marketing agency and outside vendors while holding them accountable for performance. Tracking the numbers that matter -- lead volume vs. goal by service line, the conversion from appointments ran by our sales reps to estimates sent, and marketing spend as a percentage of revenue. Directing your videographer to tell our story through video and social and keep our content on-brand. Working closely with our Business Development Manager and sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. Building and launching the marketing playbook for our new locations as we expand -- a core, expected part of this role. Keeping our marketing assets organized, consistent, and aligned with our brand. Home service or local service businesses. Marketing budgets and lead-generation campaigns. Compensation & Benefits $100,000 base salary. Schedule This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dallas, NC. Expect approximately 40-50 hours a week while you learn the business and build your systems -- likely closer to 50 early on. As you get efficient and lean on AI and smart tools, we expect your workload to settle into a focused, sustainable schedule.
