Job Overview

We are hiring school-based Occupational Therapists for a school-based positions in Buckeye, AZ for the upcoming school year 2026-27. These positions start in July/ August 2026.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages regain independence and improve their quality of life through specialized therapy techniques.

Duties

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities (ADLs)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Offer early intervention services for pediatric patients
• Provide occupational therapy in various settings including hospitals, clinics, schools, and homes
• Utilize speech therapy techniques when necessary
• Manage cases effectively to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred
• Familiarity with ICU and occupational health settings
• Strong understanding of care plans and case management
• Ability to provide home health services with compassion and professionalism
