We are seekinga Clinicianto joinour Mobile Crisis Intervention team.In this role,youwill providetelephone triage, screening,counseling,andface-to-facecrisisevaluationsfor adults, children, and families. Responsibilitiesinclude gatheringpsychosocial histories, developingcrisis intervention plans,providingcrisis stabilization counseling, and coordinatingappropriatedispositions.You'llconsultwithother therapists,agencies,andfamilies,and provide short-term individual or family therapyas needed. Clinical staff receive at least weekly supervision from independently licensed, qualified mental health professionals. What You’ll Do Conduct crisis evaluations using established assessment tools, including clinical assessment, formulation, collateral contacts, therapeutic interventions, risk assessment, diagnosis, documentation, supervisor consultation, and disposition planning. Conduct evaluations both on-site and in community settings, including traveling to community locations as needed. Use clinical judgment to gather information, assess client needs, determine the appropriate level of service, and respond effectively to risk and safety concerns. Provide short-term crisis follow-up, stabilization interventions, supportive counseling, resources, and referrals as clinically indicated. Provide triage, pre-screening, telephone support, referrals, education, and consultation to clients, families, community agencies, and other professionals by phone, walk-in, or in person. Schedule Full time | 40 hours/week Hours : Monday 6am-4pm; Tuesday-Thursday 10am-8pm What You’ll Bring Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling orothersimilarfieldrequired. Degreemust be from an accredited university and meet the requirements for independent licensure. Minimum of one year experience in a Crisis Intervention or similar setting, or related field placement in Crisis Intervention setting. Demonstrated experience and training in assessing adults, children, and families. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehiclerequired.
