As a Sales Support Specialist , you’ll be an important piece of our office that keeps our customers and sales teams moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product teams to keep orders on track, information accurate, and customers informed.

The main objective will be to keep orders running smoothly from dealer phone calls to warehouse logistics. Managing order details, customer requests, tracking inventory.... these key components will require great attention to detail and a willingness to be successful and efficient. 

 

Your Objective: 

• Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional support 
• Collaborate with Sales, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support successful order outcomes 
• Monitor customer order activity to identify when purchase orders should be released, rescheduled, expedited, or canceled 
• Use attention to detail and sound judgment to help balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needs 
• Track and manage to ensure products are accurately accounted for and available when needed 
• Communicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly so customers and internal partners can make informed decisions 
• Take ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to help keep orders moving and deliver a reliable customer experience 

 

Personal traits:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional emails and customer-facing documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability to remain organized and responsive in time-sensitive situations or when priorities shift
• Willingness to help across all departments of the business
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with consistent follow-through on commitments

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 / hourly
