Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time Family Medicine opportunity with a well-established care team
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Approximately 20 clinic patients per day
• Patient population ranges from newborns to geriatrics
• Pediatric and newborn care support required
• Epic EMR
• Weeknight and weekend call, typically about one week per month
• Opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a broader medical team
• Fast-track privileges may be available for the right candidate

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care across all age groups
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide outpatient primary care and inpatient services
• Assess newborns following delivery when on call
• Participate in pediatric and post-delivery call coverage
• Perform admissions and rounding as needed
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals
• Perform circumcisions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic
• Provide patient education and preventive care

Call Schedule

• Weeknight and weekend call required
• Expected to cover approximately one week per month
• Call includes pediatric and post-delivery coverage
• 24-hour weekend call includes 4 hours of gratis time

Requirements

• MD/DO with Family Medicine training
• Board Certified
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Active Oregon medical license required
• BLS and NRP required
• At least 1 year of Epic experience
• Recent documentation/case logs demonstrating family medicine services within the requested scope
• Comfortable caring for patients from newborns through geriatrics

Practice Setting

• 21-bed hospital
• Inpatient and outpatient care
• Approximately 20 clinic patients per day
• Adult and pediatric services available
• Hospitalist and emergency services provide additional support
