Requirements ***4hrs gratis for 24hr weekend call *** Provider Type – MD/DO or APC MD/DO Specialty Family Medicine Primary Care – We are looking for pediatric support - assessing newborns if on call in the hospital immediately after birth. There will not be any obstetric focused medical or surgical care before during or after pregnancy. Care/assessment would only be provided to newborns not the mother in the hospital and/or clinic setting. FTE needed- 1.0 Daily Shift Standard 8hr or 12hr - 8hr Expected duration of assignment - 12 months Reason for opening - Gap in coverage Network - Oregon Network Type of privileges clinic/hospital/both - Clinic and Hospital Setting: Inpatient Outpatient or Both? - Inpatient Outpatient If Inpatient # of beds: 21 Call requirement - Yes- Schedule pending - most likely one week per month covering call to include weekends will be sharing pediatrics and post-delivery call Rounding admissions or none? - Both Patient demographics - Newborns to Geriatrics Average patients per day - 20 in clinic Required Procedures - Circumcision Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs- Applicant must provide documentation of provision of family medicine services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months applicants who have completed family medicine training during the previous year must provide a training log. Will provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them - Yes can work solo Licensed Candidate: Yes/No - Yes must hold active license at time of present - Must have OR license not willing to license Note: will not accept candidates that do not have an active license in Oregon but will consider applicants that have a license pending depending on what the expected license issue date is.
