• Monday-Friday

• Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Clinic Coverage Monday-Friday
• Call Required

• Patient Population: Adults
• Approximately 10 Patients Per Day

• Provide General Surgery Coverage in a Critical Access Hospital
• Provide Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Care
• Perform General Surgery Procedures
• Perform Patient Admissions
• Perform Colonoscopies
• Perform Endoscopies

• Board Certified in Surgery - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in General Surgery - Required
• Active Oregon Medical License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• ACLS - Required
• Epic Experience - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
• Recent Surgical Activity Documentation - Required
• Must Provide Documentation of Surgical Services Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Requested Privileges During the Previous 24 Months
• Applicants Who Completed Training During the Previous Year Must Provide a Training Log
