Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for hospice clients to understand their mental health needs, addressing both psychological support and family dynamics.

• Provide individual and family therapy services utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of clients in hospice care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, providing timely support to clients who may be experiencing acute distress as they navigate end-of-life challenges.
