Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and specifications of luxury vehicles in the Motor Werks portfolio.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized and attentive service.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in luxury automotive sales or a related field.
• Product Knowledge: Passion and knowledge of luxury vehicles.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Must have valid driver's license with clean record and at least 5 years of driving experience.

$60,000 - $250,000 a year Salary depends on performance. No caps on commissions!
