Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations from Charleston, South Carolina, across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable career. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support drivers both on the road and at home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Average earnings: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per practical mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.
- Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Routes and Equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional routes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35.
- Home time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Assigned equipment: 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.
- Operating policy: No slip-seating.
- Driver comfort: Tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Rider and pet programs: Pet and passenger riders are supported from the first day.
Qualifications and Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced drivers: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level drivers: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
