Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Profile: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent across corporate, technical, and manufacturing departments at The Prestwick Companies. This position drives full-lifecycle recruitment, builds talent pipelines, manages applicant tracking, and delivers a positive candidate experience that aligns with company culture and growth objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews as needed, and partnering with leadership to extend job offers. Partner with hiring managers to clarify department needs, define candidate profiles, and establish hiring expectations. Proactively source pipelines of candidates through job boards, social media, industry networking, and employee referral programs. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring regular updates on candidate stages and key hiring metrics. Ensure all job postings and the hiring processes are compliant with the company's Affi… Represent the company at community job fairs, college recruitment events, and local trade shows to expand brand awareness. Engage in continuous improvement of interview guides, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment strategy. ** This position is responsible for, but not limited to, all the tasks and duties listed above ** What Success Looks Like: Efficiently filling open requisitions with high-quality candidates who align with company values, maintaining low time-to-fill metrics, and creating a seamless, transparent experience for both candidates and internal hiring managers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience). 2 to 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a corporate or manufacturing/operations environment. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job search platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship-building capabilities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously. High degree of discretion, professional judgment, and confidentiality. Physical Demands and Work Environment Frequently required to talk, hear, sit, twist, use hands/fingers to push, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stand and walk.
