DIETARY AIDE (KITCHEN) PER DIEM

Description:
As dietary aide, you will help to prepare and serve food in a family-owned, friendly nursing home setting. You will report to the Director of Dining Services. This is a PER DIEM position
$17.50/hour plus weekend differential when applicable
- Help prepare food and meals
- Wash/clean dishes and washroom duties
- Deliver food to facility residents
- Assist with special catering events at facility
- Assist in kitchen as needed
Additional Qualifications:
- Work independently and as a team player
- Communicate well
- Deal tactfully with residents, family members, and staff
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- May have to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies without restrictions
- Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays as needed by department
- Must be reliable
EXPERIENCE:
Experience preferred but will train the right candidate!
We are just 15-20 minutes from Hartford!
