Job Duties Pick customer orders by utilizing handheld scanners or pick sheets Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit Label packages with correct shipping information and documentation Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality before packaging Requirements Ideal candidates will be available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures. What You Will Do As a Picker Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
