Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing oversight of service plans for 853/CRP residential students and coordinating between their programs to ensure that the plans and programs conform to federal and state regulations as well as Devereux policy. The QIDP serves as the liaison between parents, agencies, and staff in planning and implementing the student’s program, informing parents and agencies of the student’s needs, progress, etc. The QIDP also maintains knowledge of the student’s progress and advises staff on the student’s home situation and funding resources. Salary Salary: commensurate with education and experience With BA/BS: $23.50 - $25.14 per hour With MA/MS: $24.50 - $26.21 per hour Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, etc.) is required. Proficiency in oral and written communications. Experience: Minimum one year of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disability, Autism, or other developmental disabilities.
