Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our growing team. Specific responsibilities include:

• Process high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to verify transactions.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments via check, ACH, or wire.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Education

Associates or better in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in SAP Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
