Drawing on your experience and knowledge of AI and Generative AI advancements, partner with cross‐functional teams throughout the innovation process using conceptual design thinking approaches to identify strategic AI transformation opportunity areas. Propose innovative AI technologies to successfully translate member and business needs into meaningful solutions that ensure Navy Federal can offer exceptional experiences across all member touchpoints. Collaborate in innovation, governance, and other Enterprise working groups to drive the strategy. Coordinate with cross‐enterprise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships. Partner to prioritize the AI technology roadmap. Support senior leadership in developing and executing AI strategic plans.
