Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Manage conference room reservations and ensure meeting rooms are set up as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
