Commodity Coordinator

Take responsibility for day-to-day processing and the integrity of back office records, including recording price and transaction data in the Back Office commodity systems Ensure current reporting requirements, processes and procedures are consistently adhered to. Reconcile daily position records with Broker statements and/or clearing reports. Identify and resolve discrepancies and exceptions promptly to minimize risk exposure. Operate cash management procedures and verify and settle margin calls. Produce daily position reports and monitor compliance with the Commodity Risk Framework, ensuring that control or risk issues are escalated to the Commodity Analyst. Complete the timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports and daily reports to the Exchange. Prepare Structure and Performance Reports to support commercial teams with their buying strategies and analysis. Identify and help to resolve issues with front office, commercial and wider finance team. Support the wider back-office team providing cover during absences.
