Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Preference for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), but Master’s or entry-level degree acceptable. Active CT state license required to start. Experience as sole provider in an outpatient clinic or ability to work independently as the only clinician in a clinic. Experience supervising or overseeing clinical aides and working with front desk staff for scheduling coordination. Experience managing light caseloads and adjusting productivity expectations for low-volume clinics (typical weekly visits ~35–45; average productivity ~1.0–1.2 patients/hour). Willingness to work Monday–Friday day shifts with potential rotating Saturday coverage approximately once per month. Apply now and you'll be contacted by a recruiter who’ll give you more information.
