We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Manager to lead our team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations: Overseational workflow, quality control, inventory, and garment processing to ensure timely turnaround.

Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise counter staff and pressers/assembly team members.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolved concerns professionally, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Equipment & Safety: Ensure machinery is properly maintained and safety standards are consistently met.

Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash drawers, register reconciliation, and basic sales reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or retail/hospitality.

Knowledge: Familiarity with dry cleaning assembly, stain removal/spotting, and fabrics is a strong plus.

Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a team-first mindset.

Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
