Part-Time HR Specialist — Recruitment, Onboarding & HRIS

Wave Aquatics is seeking a part-time Human Resources Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and hiring through onboarding, performance support, and recordkeeping. This role will implement recruitment processes for multiple positions and help maintain Wave’s HRIS. The Specialist will support a multi-site staff mix, with 20-30 full-time and seasonal ~100 part-time employees. Expect 15-20 hours per week, 3–5 days, and 2 afternoons for student candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Integratedcooling
