We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our small group practice as an Independent Practitioner. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care through regular patient appointments and on-call emergency duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in dental procedures, patient care, and infection control, contributing to the overall health and satisfaction of our patients in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient examinations and diagnose dental conditions
- Perform various dental procedures and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality care
- Sterilize dental equipment and manage clinic hygiene
- Provide emergency dental care as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dental practice
- DDS or DMD degree
- Valid state dental license
- Proficiency in oral examination and dental procedures
- Strong patient care and infection control skills
- Experience with dental radiology
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
