Payroll Administrator

We are partnering with a company in Boston, MA who is looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll processing in a high-volume, multi-state environment and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of payroll experience and hands-on experience with ADP WFN. Responsibilities Process biweekly or weekly payroll for a high-volume employee population Manage multi-state payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Review payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to processing Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, taxes, and other payroll-related items Reconcile payroll reports and payroll-related general ledger accounts Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed Qualifications 3-6+ years of payroll processing experience ADP WFN experience required Multi-state payroll experience highly preferred High-volume payroll experience highly preferred Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxes, deductions, and compliance Experience with payroll reconciliations and reporting Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days work from home after training Compensation: $70K-$75K depending on years of experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Roessel Joy
