Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily inventory and warehouse functions for a leading transportation, logistics, and warehousing provider in Baltimore. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with strong opportunity for growth.


Key Responsibilities


Perform inventory control functions including RF scanning, cycle counting, and data accuracy checks
Utilize SAP, WMS platforms, and RF scanners to track and update product movement
Support day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow
Verify inbound and outbound shipments, labels, and documentation
Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant warehouse space
Work on your feet throughout the shift to support operational needs

Qualifications


Experience with inventory, warehouse coordination, or similar operational work
Familiarity with SAP, WMS systems, and RF scanning equipment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
