Support the continued growth and success of the Finance & Restructuring practice Plan, support, and implement business development activities to expand Pillsbury’s business and reputation Advise lawyers on effective client pitch strategies Conduct research and analysis Create compelling proposals and pitch materials Manage strategic events Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions Collaborate with the Finance & Restructuring practice and colleagues across the platform Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field Minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development Exceptional interpersonal skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Collegial, collaborative, team-player attributes Self-starter able to juggle numerous high-visibility projects on fast timetables Ability to handle high-pressure environments Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in business development within the legal sector, focusing on client pitch strategies, proposal creation, and event management.
