Employment Type Full-time Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant iTero Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Experience with iTero scanners a plus or willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills Commitment to providing excellent patient care while maintaining a fun work atmosphere Job Description Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Assist the dentist during various dental treatments and exams Take and develop dental x-rays as needed Operate dental equipment including iTero scanners (experience preferred, training available) Maintain accurate patient records and update Dentrix software Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment Provide excellent patient care by ensuring comfort and answering questions Manage inventory and order dental supplies when necessary Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth workflow Benefits Medical insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan In-house dental benefits for employees Paid time off: 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick leave Paid holidays Bonus structure to reward your hard work and dedication Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Fridays, Weekends: Closed About the Practice Name: Carmel Mountain Dentistry Location: 10175 Rancho Carmel Dr, 126, San Diego, CA 92128
