Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at our center, you will engage in a range of responsibilities designed to promote mental well-being, including:

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments to identify patients’ histories and inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique trauma recovery journey.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process traumatic experiences and strengthen coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and direct them towards useful resources.

• Maintain diligent and confidential documentation according to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research, methodologies, and therapeutic innovations in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs serve a diverse client population, including adults and couples experiencing various mental health issues, particularly those related to trauma. We seek behavioral health generalists, urging candidates willing to work with couples, for whom training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, helping clients build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies amidst challenging life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
