Be the Friendly Face of Chuck-A-Rama

At Chuck-A-Rama, great service starts the moment our guests walk through the door and continues until they leave. Our Front of House Team Members help make that happen.

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help take care of guests throughout their visit. Depending on your shift, you may welcome guests and process payments at the register, take care of tables in the dining room, keep drinks filled, clear dishes, answer questions, or help wherever you're needed to create a great experience. Because we're a buffet, you won't spend your shift taking complicated food orders. Instead, you can focus on what matters most: making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. A typical shift may include:

• Welcoming guests as they arrive
• Processing cash, credit, and other approved forms of payment
• Providing accurate change and receipts
• Answering questions about buffet pricing, promotions, and restaurant offerings
• Helping guests with Chuck-A-Rama Rewards and available offers
• Greeting guests and helping them get settled at their table
• Taking and delivering drink orders quickly and accurately
• Keeping drinks filled throughout the meal
• Clearing and bussing tables
• Checking in with guests and helping with questions or requests
• Keeping our made-from-scratch dessert and topping bar stocked, clean, and inviting
• Keeping the register, entrance, dining room, and assigned areas clean and organized
• Communicating guest questions or concerns to a manager when needed
• Working with your teammates to keep the front of the restaurant running smoothly

We're looking for someone who:

• Genuinely enjoys working with people
• Is friendly, positive, and dependable
• Communicates clearly with guests and teammates
• Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable handling money and processing transactions
• Can safely carry trays of beverages and dishes
• Pays attention to guests and anticipates what they may need
• Takes pride in keeping guest areas clean and welcoming
• Works well as part of a team
• Is willing to learn different Front of House positions
• Is ready to jump in and help wherever needed
• Has flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous restaurant or cashier experience is helpful, but a friendly attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
