This remote role allows for flexibility while providing dedicated therapeutic services to our client population. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to maintain a balanced personal and professional life. As a telehealth environment, we ensure all the necessary technological tools and resources are at your disposal to facilitate effective therapy sessions from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining the intensity, frequency, and duration to guide treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans suited to their specific needs, goals, and preferences that align with their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood and relational issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery processes.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Work integratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to continually improve therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of growth and support within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on clients experiencing relationship challenges, including those navigating divorce. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An empathetic, nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management skills that enable you to juggle multiple cases and administrative duties effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, applicants with additional certifications in specialty therapy modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, or narrative therapy will be highly regarded. Experience working in telehealth settings, as well as knowledge in addiction counseling, is also advantageous for enhancing our client care offerings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
