We are changing the world with: Trusted products that accelerate drug discovery, development, and delivery to save lives Damage-resistant cover glass to enhance the devices that keep us connected Optical fiber, wireless technologies, and connectivity solutions to carry information and ideas at the speed of light Precision glass for advanced displays to deliver richer experiences Auto glass and ceramics to drive cleaner, safer, and smarter transportation Solar polysilicon, wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, enabling low-cost solar energy solutionsRole PurposeThe primary scope of the customer service position involves ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products, services, or policies.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for error free execution of quotes, orders, return authorizations, and other order management related activities Ability to craft product discrepancy specification information to customers Build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers Understand and execute contractual agreements Oversee customer requirements with Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Operations to meet customer requirements Professional communication skills to include excellent use of grammar and sentence structure Ability to flex across customers, markets, and segments to ensure timely responsiveness to customers Participation in training, testing, and project related activities as identified Represent to the customer in a highly effective, professional mannerExperiences/Education - Required2-year degree required or 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar fieldExperiences/Education - DesiredSAP and Salesforce experience a plus Basic understanding of Microwave connector products Other verbal and written language skills a plus Strong interpersonal skills; solid work ethic; dedicated Team oriented; problem solver Sincere desire to deliver outstanding customer experienceHours of Work40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7AM to 4PM Flexible and willing to work different hours for trainingThis position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $39,880.00 - $54,835.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.A job that shapes a life.
