The Opportunity

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor who guides customers from kickoff through successful go-live and beyond. You'll help organizations transform the way they work by configuring software, leading engaging virtual training sessions, solving operational challenges, and ensuring every customer feels confident using Bytecurve's platform.

This is far more than a software implementation role. You'll become a strategic partner—translating business needs into practical solutions, building lasting client relationships, and creating an implementation experience customers remember.

Every day is different. One moment you may be configuring a complex workflow, the next you're leading a training session, collaborating with Product on a new enhancement, or helping a customer overcome an unexpected challenge. Implementations are delivered primarily through Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with a typical customer journey lasting approximately five weeks from kickoff through go-live, followed by post-launch stabilization and transition to Customer Support.

What You'll Do

Lead Successful Customer Implementations

• Own customer implementations from kickoff through successful go-live and transition to Support.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and become their primary implementation advisor.
• Configure Bytecurve to match each customer's operational workflows, business processes, and organizational structure.
• Ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and focused on delivering measurable customer outcomes.

Configure Solutions That Drive Results

• Configure users, permissions, locations, vehicles, billing structures, workflows, templates, integrations, and operational settings.
• Validate imported data and identify issues before they impact training or production.
• Test workflows, troubleshoot configuration issues, and ensure customers are ready for launch.

Deliver Outstanding Training Experiences

• Lead engaging virtual onboarding sessions, workshops, and customer training through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Translate technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand instruction for users with varying levels of technical experience.
• Customize training based on each customer's operational environment, ensuring every participant leaves confident and prepared.

Solve Complex Problems

• Diagnose issues involving configuration, workflows, integrations, permissions, and system usage.
• Quickly determine whether challenges require additional training, configuration updates, or technical escalation.
• Remain calm, resourceful, and solution-focused when priorities change or urgent customer needs arise.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner closely with Product, Support, Development, and Professional Services to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities and product capabilities.
• Share customer feedback that helps improve our software, implementation processes, and future customer success.

Keep Projects Moving

• Maintain accurate implementation documentation, project updates, action items, and milestone tracking.
• Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and communicate next steps clearly.
• Ensure customers experience a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS software, delivering customer onboarding, customer success, consulting, or technical training.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems in a simple, approachable way.
• Experience delivering virtual meetings and training using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve throughout the day.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with transportation software or transportation operations.
• Background supporting school districts, universities, motorcoach operators, or fleet organizations.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, payroll, maintenance, or fleet management systems.
• Experience working with software integrations and data migration projects.
