The Legal Assistant will handle tasks such as legal document preparation, client communication, and providing administrative assistance to support attorneys and ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role involves maintaining organized records, scheduling hearings, meetings and depositions, assisting with case management while adhering to confidential and ethical standards. Qualifications Knowledge of Legal principles, processes, and terminology Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with legal formats and procedures Strong Communication skills, including client correspondence and timely follow-ups Experience in Administrative Assistance to effectively support attorneys and office needs A background in Legal Assistant responsibilities and case management Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask Proficiency in office software and legal research tools Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Legal Studies is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
