Recruiter / Entry Level Sales

Compensation Pay Rate: $43,888 + uncapped commission Additional Compensation: Eligible for uncapped commission based on individual performance. Estimated on-target earnings (base pay plus commission) are approximately $60,000 to $70,000 annually; actual earnings may vary. Conduct recruiting outreach to prospective and existing candidates, including a goal of approximately 50 calls per day. Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future employment opportunities. Facilitate candidate onboarding and employment documentation processes. Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies. Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities. Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records. Qualifications Required Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Bachelor's degree, military experience, or a combination of education and relevant professional experience. Internship or professional experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field. Application Deadline This position will remain open until filled.
