Key Responsibilities\n

• Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Conduct age-appropriate assessments and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate parent support groups, providing a supportive therapeutic environment, especially focusing on issues relating to placement and adoption for prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Conduct developmental evaluations for children, helping in identifying specific needs and creating relevant care strategies.
\n
• Lead training sessions for various stakeholders, including clients, social workers, attorneys, judges, and educators, fostering an understanding of mental health challenges and effective intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults, as well as child and adolescent populations. You will conduct therapy sessions with couples, while also engaging with individuals to address familial and personal issues. Our work not only aims to resolve conflict but also to build lasting, supportive structures that promote mental health and resilience in family units.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing therapy in diverse settings.
