Role Description The full-time Client Services Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to ensure a positive client experience and efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing client communications, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and supporting attorneys and the Medicaid Director. This is an on-site position based in Troy, MI, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service and administrative excellence. Qualifications Strong capabilities in Client Services and Customer Service to provide an exceptional experience and address client needs effectively. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle client interactions and coordinate with team members clearly and professionally. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and the ability to manage schedules, organize files, and maintain office workflows efficiently. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software and CRM tools is preferred.
