Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) addressing speech, language, and communication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in ongoing professional development as needed
