What you'll bring:

• Current California SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certification (required)
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school setting
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Eagerness to contribute creative strategies to support student learning and communication
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply-mentorship and support will be provided

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with a range of speech and language needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure student progress
• Document treatment and maintain timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
