Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an entry-level Inside Sales-Customer Support Representative to join our Bensalem, PA branch and provide administrative support to our sales team. This position requires an outgoing personality, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Previous experience in industrial equipment sales or a dealership is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing day-to-day administrative duties for the sales department
• Compiling daily lists of sales leads and follow-up
• Maintaining accessible and organized filing system for sales team
• Creating and processing sales orders in a timely manner
• Expediting requests, rush orders and updating sales orders
• Analyzing customer data to optimize sales efforts
• Communicating with clients and team effectively
• Helping management and executive team as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
• Strong work ethic and being proactive 
• Solid MS Office, Word, Excel, and other programs
• Experience working in an office and team environment preferred
• Inside sales experience helpful
• Effective communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Ability to work Monday through Friday onsite at our Bensalem, PA office
