Job Title Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown Location Wichita Falls, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (18:45–07:15) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown setting with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 (occasionally 1:5) on night shift Float divisionally as needed, including overflow and ED hold assignments Deliver care in accordance with facility protocols and maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record system Fulfill holiday work requirements, including availability for 2–3 holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day Complete required orientation modules during scheduled orientation period Required Qualifications Active and valid RN license in hand prior to start date ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred CPI certification preferred Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown unit Why Join Us ASAP start available for qualified candidates ready to hit the ground running Opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment with a supportive team Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775645.
