Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Location Wichita Falls, TX Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days (3x12 or 4x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | Onsite | 84 hours biweekly scheduled with 72-hour guarantee Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care within Medical Surgical units in an acute care setting Float between Medical Surgical units as needed based on staffing and patient census Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health record systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care Complete facility orientation modules as required prior to or at the start of assignment Required Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand prior to start Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience Prior travel nursing experience required Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Active Nursys verification required at time of submission Must be willing to float between Medical Surgical units Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with Epic electronic health record system strongly preferred Familiarity with travel compliance documentation processes and timelines Why Join Us Opportunity for an extended contract engagement of up to 20 weeks Consistent scheduling with guaranteed hours to support stability throughout your assignment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 773301.
