Moveworks Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Moveworks solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Moveworks chatbot and AI-driven support capabilities.
• Integrate Moveworks with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Design and implement workflow automations to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Moveworks solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation and consulting.
• Hands-on experience implementing Moveworks in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AI chatbots, conversational AI, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Azure AD/Okta, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SSO, IAM, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of employee experience and digital workplace solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and enterprise AI deployment best practices.
