Our values are simple – Be Excellent, Be Kind! A Day as RBBB's Program CoordinatorThe Program Coordinator supports the success and growth of Read Better Be Better's Pathway to Education Professions program. Working closely with the Pathways Program Manager, this role helps maintain high-quality program implementation, strengthen participant engagement, and support expansion opportunities that connect high school students to careers in education.Your day may begin in the office responding to participant communication, organizing program materials, reviewing student data, and coordinating logistics for upcoming programming and events. You'll collaborate with the Program Manager and internal teams to ensure programs are running smoothly and participants are receiving consistent support.Throughout the week, you'll build relationships with high school students, support recruitment and retention efforts, facilitate participant engagement, and maintain communication with school and community partners.
